The Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, invites qualified and experienced individuals to apply for contractual positions under the National Health Support Program (NHSP), which is funded by the World Bank. This initiative is aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery systems across Punjab. The department is seeking applications for the following roles:

1. Procurement Specialist (PPS-9)

   • Qualifications: At least a Master’s degree in MBA (Procurement), MBA (Logistics & Supply Chain), Engineering, or Business Administration from a recognized university. Certifications such as MCIPS (UK), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be considered an added advantage.
   • Experience: Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience in procurement, including contracts, bid preparation, and management. Familiarity with international procurement policies will be preferred.

2. Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10)

   • Qualifications: A nationally/internationally recognized professional degree such as CA, ACCA, or ACMA or a Master’s in Finance/Accounting.
   • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in public sector accounting or financial management, particularly in projects funded by international organizations. Experience in managing large-scale financial systems is desirable.

These positions are offered on an individual consultancy contract basis with competitive remuneration packages.
