Required Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant fields from a well-reputed institution recognized by the HEC.
- Preference for candidates with additional qualifications such as MBA or membership of a recognized professional body.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles, including expertise in:
- Real estate management and development
- Marketing
- Contract management
- Corporate governance
- Financial management
- Prior experience as a CEO or in a senior management role within a public or private sector organization is highly desirable.
