Position 1: Wing Head – End Service Benefits Operations (VP/SVP)
This role focuses on managing final settlement activities for employees who have resigned, retired, or been dismissed. It involves handling leave encashment, group insurance, medical grounds for retirement, and other benefit-related operations in compliance with the bank’s policies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations, compensation, benefits, or related fields and should possess in-depth knowledge of end-service benefits processes.
Position 2: Unit Head – Compensation & Benefits (AVP)
This position entails managing pensionary benefits, coordinating with various stakeholders for HR-related matters, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in HR, finance, or banking, with 3 years specifically in compensation & benefits or payroll.
Both roles require strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and SAP-HCM.
