As an equal opportunity employer, PTVC seeks to maintain a database of Human Resources for senior, middle, and entry-level management roles in various fields such as Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, Sales, and Creative Media related to broadcast media.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Human Resource/Administration Role:
    • Bachelor (Honors) or Master's in Human Resource with at least 10 years of experience in administration, HR automation, communication, and coordination.
  2. Mass Communication Role:
    • Bachelor (Honors) or Master's in Mass Communication with at least 6 years of general experience, including 2 years of experience in research/report writing.
